A simple recipe to give your Indian leftovers a second life! Use them as a filling for delicious savory puff pastry pies.
In this video, I used Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Frozen Sheets Pastry Dough (2 pack, 17.3 oz.). These can likely be found at your local grocery stores. I filled them using my Chicken Tikka Masala/Butter Chicken like the one I made here.
Ingredients & Supplies

- Frozen Sheets Pastry Dough (2 pack, 17.3 oz., I used Pepperidge Farm brand for this video)
- All-Purpose Flour
- Chopped white onion (about 1/2 cup)
- One egg
- Fennel seed
- Yogurt
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground Cumin (about a spoonful)
- Baking Sheet
- A Pastry Brush
- Pan spray
